Following a difficult six-year global guardianship fight, Kelly Rutherford can at last take her youngsters back to the U.S. A judge in California honored sole authority of her two youngsters Hermes, 8, and Helena, 6, to Kelly, a move which is viewed as makeshift while it is resolved if the decision holds up to Monaco’s legitimate benchmarks, US Magazine reports.
Kelly has been battling her ex Daniel Giersch for authority of the youngsters, who have part their time living in the middle of Monaco and France. It was just a couple of weeks prior that Kelly dispatched an online appeal to help recover her children. She got more than 100,000 marks on the appeal, and in addition the backing of her previous Gossip Girl co-stars (and Kim Kardashian, as well!) who stood up in backing of Kelly.
It’s not the end of the street in her endeavors to get guardianship, nonetheless. The decision implies Kelly can convey her youngsters to live with her in the U.S. while the care debate is settled in court. Likewise, as TMZ notes, the courts in Monaco may not be willing to oblige the California judge’s decision.
